Quality fractals
Fractals are amazing. Infinitely complex and present in nature in various form they are a reminder of eternity.

From Wikipedia
A fractal is a natural phenomenon or a mathematical set that exhibits a repeating pattern that displays at every scale. If the replication is exactly the same at every scale, it is called a self-similar pattern.

Look at a fractal and you slowly realize that the more you look, the more you see. The more you focus, the more you zoom in on details and the more you see and understand the big picture.
How strange !
The more you focus on the details and the more you understand the big picture.
Strange how once again nature teaches us so much … for free.
Look at your organization. Look at the tiny details of any operation and see if the big picture transpires from it.
How course it does !
And this is visible for any onlooker who stops to observe.
“How you do anything is how you do everything” as T Harv Eker uses to say.
The way you control the budget;
The way you express your vision;
The way you communicate;
The way you write procedures;
The way you execute orders from “the top”;
The way you operate your daily routine;
The way you treat your employees and colleagues;
The way you train and develop your people;
The way you deal with deviations from the norms;
The way you treat customers’ complaints;
The way you manage quality.

There is no way around it.
The more you look, the more you see and the more you understand.
And so do your clients.
